SPECTRO xSORT
Add
SPECTRO SCOUT
Add

The SPECTROSCOUT XRF analyzer incorporates the analytical power of top-grade laboratory benchtop analyzers with the portability of a SPECTRO xSORT XRF handheld instrument. SPECTROSCOUT can deliver fast, dependable, truly lab-quality results in the field - all at surprisingly low cost.

xSORT XRF offers a portable, compact XRF analyzer for the onsite analysis of rock and soil. Its calibration is based on the successful calibration models utilized in the laboratory instruments.

Terracore NIR - On Site Core Photography, Mineralogy and Intellicore Software

TERRACORE
Add

Mineralogy for Exploration, Production & Geometallurgy

High resolution core photography, detailed mineralogy and interpretation. Core logging for the digital era with unrivalled imaging speeds of 1000 m/day.

Terracore hyperspectral imaging reveals alteration patterns that the human eye simply can’t see. Quantification provides the means to build accurate sections and 3-D models to ensure that alteration is properly mapped. Permits dynamic drill programs that can be configured on the fly to deliver maximum success.

Rotary Sampler for Rock and Mine Face

Fast direct collection of proper material for XRF analysis in the field. Can be used in any orientation – on the ground, wall, ceiling, larger rocks.

The unit has no active dust collection via a vacuum device. The optimized design of the generated flow by the slotted blades creates enough air-flow to collect up 90% of the powder created. This still means that the units creates dust in operation like any angle grinder application and approriate protection is necessary.

Examples for granite: Powder size in the range of 125μm. Some chips can easily be removed by sieving (light element applications / higher precision).

Add

Field Portable Pellet Press

The field portable press is designed to allow proper light element analysis for soil and rock samples in the field. It also improves the repeatability and precision for heavy element analysis by providing a homogenous, defined sample preparation.

The Field Portable 4Ton press is designed for producing high quality pellets WITHOUT the need for binder material. This is because of the cylindrical shape / form factor compared to disc shaped laboratory made discs.

Add

Electric Beater Mill for Rocks and Chips

Maximum sample aliquot about 100g rock chips with a chip size of 8 mm Hardened blade (Hardex 500) MOHS hardness above 8 possible.

Typical particle size distribution: maximum between 125 and 250 μm, avergae size around 125μm Highly dependend on the material.

Rotor capacity: about 50 millings with 100g granite/quartzite. Milling time: typical max 30 – 60s, beyond that no improvement due to mill principle (impact).

Add

Magnetic Susceptibility and Conductivity

Add

The KT-10H S/C and KT-10R S/C’s large internal memories allow the user to input information to correlate every core measurement to its depth. The user can enter information such as borehole I.D., box number, the number of rows in a box, start and end depths, as well as depth intervals. In the Scanner mode, depth intervals can be recorded with the push of a button. All readings between depth intervals are interpolated into the data for reference.

Add

XRF Sample Cups and Film

XRF Sample Cups include a re-sealable cap that integrates an external overflow reservoir with the option for venting. With the re-sealable cap rotated in the open position, an evacuation passageway is established from within the Cell through the cap leading into the reservoir. By re-positioning the cap, the passageway is closed for sample storage and future referral.
